Consent to the processing of personal data

I hereby give my consent to the processing by LLC "MYAGENT" (Russian: «МОЙ АГЕНТ»), INN 7714352628, registered address: Room 207, Premises 9, 9 Pobedy St., Reutov, Moscow Region, 143960, of my personal data (surname, first name, email address, telephone number, agent code in the MyAgent service), and I confirm that, in giving this consent, I act of my own free will and in my own interest or in the interest of the company I represent.

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", I agree to provide information relating to my identity: the name of the legal entity, surname, first name, patronymic and email address.

I consent to the following actions being performed with all of the personal data specified above: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or amendment), use, dissemination (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking and destruction, as well as the performance of any other actions with personal data in accordance with applicable law.

The data may be processed both with and without the use of automation tools (non-automated processing).

In processing personal data, LLC "MYAGENT" is not limited in the methods of processing it may use.

I give my consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of receiving advice on the services of LLC "MYAGENT" and taking part in marketing events organized by LLC "MYAGENT".

I give my consent to the processing of my personal data for an indefinite period, but I may withdraw it by sending written notice to LLC "MYAGENT" at least 1 (one) month before the date on which the consent is to be withdrawn.

I understand that clicking the "Submit" button constitutes my written consent to the terms described above.
