Consentto receive informational and promotional mailings

I hereby give, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, my written consent to the Promotion Organizer, LLC “MyAgent” (INN 7714352628, registered address: Room 207, Premises 9, 9 Pobedy St., Reutov, Moscow Region, 143960) (hereinafter — the Promotion Organizer), to receive informational and promotional mailings by the following means: email messages.

In particular, I consent to any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools for the purpose of sending me informational and promotional mailings, without limitation as to volume (quantity), time of day or period of time. This consent is given, among other purposes, so that the Promotion Organizer can fulfill the terms of the Promotion, to keep me informed in good time of all necessary aspects relating to the exercise of the rights of a Promotion Participant, and to inform me in good time of all new products, promotions, special offers and similar events of the Promotion Organizer and the Promotion Partners.

This form of Consent to receive informational and promotional mailings is specific, informed and conscious, and is given in a form that makes it possible to confirm that it has been received. Taking into account the five-year document retention period established by paragraph 1 of Article 29 of Federal Law No. 402-FZ of 6 December 2011 “On Accounting” and by Order No. 236 of the Federal Archival Agency of 20 December 2019, this consent is given for a period of 5 (five) years, or remains valid until LLC “MyAgent” receives a written withdrawal of consent in any form.

The consent may be withdrawn at any time by means of a statement in any form.

By ticking the consent box and completing the Promotion Participant Questionnaire on the website promo.myagent.online, the user confirms that this consent has been given.
